3. Litigation: Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panama City, Republic of Panama.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against HOOPER IT SERVICES.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
